How Our Program Works

• We must determine the true value of your home, so we know what to offer your lender on a 14 day all cash closing.

We Purchase Your Home

• This is where we negotiate to purchase your home at a discounted price from your lender. We will agree to a price that allows us to make a profit 

• IMPORTANT: Janus Group does not guarantee your lender will accept our offer. We will do everything in our power to make a reasonable offer work for all parties.

Legal Representation

• We use specialized compliance attorneys that are aware of our program to handle contracts, loan documents, family trusts and other aspects of our program making sure that everything is legal and compliant with both State and Federal laws.

• We may choose to call upon counsel to take over discussions  or negotiations on our behalf with your Bank or Lender.
