Our management team has over 50 years combined experience in the banking, mortgage and Real Estate industries. We employ experienced Real Estate and Compliance Attorney’s, Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Brokers and former Mortgage Bankers. We have experience in advising and evaluating consumer credit, compliance and financial analysis, negotiating short sales and mortgage experience. Everyone on our team possess specific expertise and collectively share the ongoing commitment to help people save their homes.

August Blass a lending industry executive with proven experience in building national wholesale production, marketing, sales training and product development. Blass has worked closely with financial institutions throughout the United States demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, operations, management and secondary markets. He has served as a consultant to large national lenders, assisting with loan production and system processes. He has also designed and implemented software integration strategies that have provided increased efficiencies and streamlined operations for several institutions.

Experienced in creating and implementing coherent marketing plans, training curriculum, identifying market specific positioning, creating alliances with key vertical partnerships and providing leadership for the vertical market sales and support teams.

In 1997, Blass authored and was published. “Internet Strategies for the Mortgage Banking Industry”, published by Faulkner & Gray and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
